Technology Group Boosts Growth by Helping Businesses Move to the Cloud

A North West technology group that specialises in advanced digital training, technology recruitment and cloud and IoT (internet of things) consultancy has experienced significant growth over the past year.

IN4.0 Group has grown at 50% year-on-year, with over 80% growth during the COVID lock down compared to the same period last year. This was achieved through major contract wins and increased demand from businesses requiring support in cloud and digital adoption as a direct result of COVID-19.

With offices at The Landing at MediaCityUK and the University of Central Lancashire in Preston, IN4.0 has seen double-digit growth across all its businesses and is actively expanding its operations organically and through acquisitions. Later this year, the Group also intends to launch a dedicated pan-northern investment seed fund, supporting the acceleration of diverse home-grown technology start-ups and scale-ups.

IN4.0 has bolstered its partnership network over the last year with leading brands, including Amazon Web Services, The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) and BAE Systems.

Having recently been awarded the status of approved training provider to SC21 (Supply Chains for the 21st Century), the government’s investment into future proofing the UK’s Aerospace and Automotive supply chains, the business has expanded its services.

It launched the IN4.0 talent academy in July, a 12-week specialist digital skills training programme, which is supported by the Fast Track Fund, in partnership with the Greater Manchester Combined Authority, the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport and the Lancashire Digital Skills Partnership.

IN4.0 has also formed a ground-breaking joint venture business with the University of Central Lancashire that focuses on using disruptive technology to streamline manufacturing processes in order to increase revenue and efficiency.

Headquartered in Manchester, the business was listed in the Financial Times 100 fastest growing UK companies.
