Skills Development Partnership Formed to Nurture Engineering Talent

IN4.0 Group and The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) are delighted to announce that they are working in partnership to empower the next generation of digital transformation leaders.

IN4.0 Group are an industry 4.0 training, consultancy and digital transformation services provider based at The Landing at MediaCityUK and the University of Central Lancashire in Preston.

They focus on nurturing talent to scale businesses through their IN4.0 ACCESS disruptive innovation accelerator programme. Through IN4.0 ACCESS, companies can up-skill their future leaders and technical staff to Chartered Engineer level, underpinned with a commercial innovation project.

The IET inspire, inform and influence the global engineering community to engineer a better world. As a diverse home across engineering and technology, they share knowledge that helps make better sense of the world in order to solve the challenges that matter.

They also run a series of Life Skills Workshops that are designed to provide a brief introduction to key topics, relevant to any professional looking to enhance their skill set. Their workshops will be incorporated into IN4.0 ACCESS as the delegates progress beyond the accelerator and into the postgraduate engineer qualification.

Both the IET and IN4.0 Group share a great desire to empower future leaders which creates the perfect template for both organizations to succeed in delivering an industry leadership programme across the North West region.
