FreelanceHER 100 Cohort 1 Impact Report
FreelanceHER 100 is a 12-week business accelerator for women working to launch and grow sustainable businesses in digital, creative, media and technology sectors across the UK. It’s a safe place to test their ideas, innovate and grow their businesses.
IN4 established FreelanceHER 100 after realising how many women had lost their jobs and were disproportionately impacted by the pandemic. There was a huge gap in support for women, many were made redundant or had career breaks due to increased childcare responsibilities as well as mothers who were looking to return to work.
Its mission was to support a diverse community of women who have the skills to launch and lead businesses in multiple markets, acting as a safe place to test their ideas, innovate and grow their businesses.
