The process to hiring can take as little as one week depending on your individual business needs. If you receive co-investment, this is done on a case-by-case basis but could be as quick as 30 days once an agreement is in place and an invoice raised.
Our co-investment model is privately funded and managed via simple consultancy invoices, so there’s no need to worry about it impacting other funding or aid limitations.
Any business can benefit from the Pathways to Industry programme.
Candidates receive 12 – 16 weeks of full-time technical training in the latest technologies used by industry in their relevant Skills Bootcamp track.
In addition, they receive technical and pastoral mentorship as well as a non-technical syllabus designed to improve their confidence, interview readiness and workplace readiness so that they can hit the ground running in their first graduate role.
Many of our Pathways to Industry candidates are from a range of graduate backgrounds, highly motivated with undergraduate & above academic qualifications, making them some of the best graduate talent around. We work closely with wider participation universities to ensure that we enhance diverse talent from local and first in family to university backgrounds get the opportunities they deserve to be seen in a highly competitive market.
Our candidates come from a range of Skills Bootcamps tracks including Cloud, Data, Software and Games Engine. Bootcamps last 12 – 16 weeks and provide training in the latest technologies to ensure they are industry ready and ready to make an impact in your business quickly. No. This is a fully funded programme by the department of education. Access our talent for free and get the most out of Pathways to Industry with the support of a dedicated programme manager who will see your investment into our talent, to success.
It’s easy. Our co-investment model is managed via a simple Programme Partner agreement and consultancy invoice. In this agreement, we:

Make our commitment to provide you with our early careers programme, including ongoing support to you and your hired candidates.
Agree the light touch evidence required to demonstrate the role(s) recruited for, as guided by our dedicated programme manager.
