Apprenticeship Standard: AI Data Analyst (Level 4)
A practical, workplace‑focused apprenticeship designed to empower non‑technical professionals to use data and AI to understand problems, identify opportunities and drive meaningful service and performance improvement.
Duration: 15 months learning + up to 3 months EPA
A structured programme that builds real analytical confidence through applied learning, masterclasses and workplace projects.
Qualification: Level 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeship
On completion, learners demonstrate occupational competence through a formal End‑Point Assessment, supported by workplace evidence and applied projects.

Delivery Options: Blended learning
A mix of live masterclasses, supported workplace projects and self‑directed learning, designed to fit around the working week.
Off‑the‑Job Training: 370 hours (approx. 6.5 hours per week)
Delivered through meaningful work‑based activities including analysis tasks, reporting, insight generation and improvement recommendations.

Ideal for individuals who use data to support decisions, investigate issues, monitor performance or improve services, especially within regulated or public‑facing organisations. Learners must be in a data‑enabled role. Participants should have access to organisational data and the opportunity to apply learning through real workplace problems and projects.
