Businesses across Lancashire and Cumbria are being supported to build practical AI and data skills through a new partnership between the Electech Innovation Cluster and IN4 Group.
Member organisations will take part in the Level 4 AI and Automation Practitioner Apprenticeship standard, consisting of eight in-person masterclasses, hosted by cluster member Teleplan Forsberg, designed to give employees the skills and confidence to use AI and data effectively in the workplace.
The AI training will help businesses explore how emerging technologies can improve productivity and support innovation, while developing the skills of their existing workforce. The partnership builds on the Electech Innovation Cluster’s focus on tackling skills gaps and supporting the continued growth of the region’s electronics technology sector.
