Overview

Apprenticeship Standard: AI Practitioner (Level 4)

A nationally recognised standard focused on using AI and automation to improve productivity, services and ways of working.

Duration: 15 months learning + up to 3 months EPA

A structured programme that builds confidence over time with immediate workplace impact.

Qualification: Level 4 Artificial intelligence (AI) and Automation Practitioner Apprenticeship

Demonstrates professional competence in AI‑enabled productivity and automation.

Programme Structure

Programme Structure: 8 core modules

Each module focuses on practical application, building towards real‑world automation and AI improvements.

Masterclasses: 6 hours per month

Live, expert‑led sessions designed to be practical, interactive and directly relevant to the workplace.

Delivery Options: Flexible cohort‑based delivery
Closed employer cohorts can choose remote, hybrid or face‑to‑face delivery.
Open cohorts are delivered fully remote.

Off‑the‑Job Training: 420 hours (approx. 8 hours per week)
