Apprenticeship Standard: Business Analyst (Level 4)
A nationally recognised apprenticeship focused on using data, insight and AI to drive change and improve outcomes.
Duration: 15 months learning + up to 3 months EPA
A structured programme designed to develop confident change‑makers with real organisational impact.
Qualification: Level 4 Business Analyst Apprenticeship
Recognised evidence of professional business analysis capability.

Covering stakeholder engagement, process improvement, data‑driven insight, change management and benefits realisation.
Masterclasses: 6 hours per month
Live, interactive sessions focused on real business challenges and applied analysis techniques.
Delivery Options: Flexible cohort‑based delivery
Closed employer cohorts can choose remote, hybrid or face‑to‑face delivery.
Open cohorts are delivered fully remote.
Off‑the‑Job Training: 348 hours (approx. 6 hours per week)
Delivered through applied projects, real business analysis and workplace evidence.
