Inspiring the Next Generation of Tech Talent

The MEGA (Motivated, Educated, Generation with Ambition) Hubs is an award-winning enrichment programme for secondary schools and colleges, connecting young people with digital skills, mentoring, and career pathways into top apprenticeships, university courses, and technology careers.

It is designed to unlock the potential of talented young people who are at risk of underachieving due to disadvantage, neurodiversity or lack of social capital.

IN4 Group has been the delivery partner for CyberFirst, a programme backed by the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC), part of GCHQ, in the North West and the West Midlands. Launched in 2015, it aims to ensure a sustainable supply of diverse, high-quality tech talent.

Building on the successful delivery of CyberFirst, IN4 has developed the MEGA Hubs to extend this impact, connecting with every secondary school in a local authority area and delivering a bespoke, industry-informed super curriculum that prepares young people for digital futures.

What the Programme Offers

Hands-on experience in cyber security, entrepreneurship, esports and machine learning

Impact & Partnerships

Backed by industry leaders including IBM, KPMG UK, Northrop Grumman, CGI, QinetiQ, Roke, Energus, BT, the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC), a part of GCHQ, and the National Cyber Force, MEGA Hubs have engaged over 12,000 young people since 2022, creating a diverse pipeline of future talent.
